OUR STORY

London Weddings was created to bring clarity, structure, and calm to a process that is often overwhelming. Since 2005, we have been planning and coordinating weddings with one core belief: a well-run wedding is just as important as a beautiful one.

With over 20 years of hands-on experience, London Weddings is built on practical knowledge—not trends. We have worked across a wide range of wedding styles, guest counts, and venues throughout London, Ontario and Southwestern Ontario, supporting couples in historic spaces, modern venues, outdoor settings, and private properties. This experience allows us to anticipate challenges before they arise and manage the details that make a wedding day feel seamless rather than stressful.

Our approach is deliberately modern and structured. While design and atmosphere matter, our primary focus is execution: timelines that make sense, vendors who are aligned, logistics that are tested, and communication that is clear. We believe weddings run best when expectations are defined early and plans are managed with intention. This philosophy allows couples to enjoy the experience rather than feel responsible for overseeing it.

Over the years, we have collaborated with a wide network of London-area venues, photographers, florists, caterers, rental companies, and officiants. These long-standing relationships allow us to work efficiently, solve problems quickly, and maintain a professional, respectful presence on every wedding day. We understand how venues operate, how vendors interact, and how to coordinate multiple teams so that everything moves smoothly behind the scenes.

Complete Wedding Design is our most involved planning service, created for couples who want expert guidance and full oversight throughout the entire wedding planning process. This service is ideal for those who value organization, clarity, and a well-managed experience from the earliest planning stages through to the wedding day itself.

From the outset, we work closely with you to establish a clear planning framework—one that accounts for budget, priorities, timelines, and logistics. Through thoughtful planning and intentional decision-making, we help shape a wedding that reflects your vision while remaining grounded in practicality and execution. You remain involved in the key decisions, while we manage the structure, coordination, and details that make everything run smoothly.

Complete Wedding Design includes full planning support across every phase of the process. We oversee vendor research and selection, manage communication and logistics, develop detailed timelines and floor plans, and ensure that all moving parts align. Design is approached holistically, with careful consideration given to décor, florals, rentals, layout, and flow—ensuring the event feels cohesive, polished, and intentional.

As the wedding approaches, our role becomes increasingly focused on execution. We confirm vendors, finalize timelines, coordinate the rehearsal, and manage the wedding day on-site from start to finish. Our goal is simple: for you to be present, relaxed, and confident, knowing that every detail is being handled professionally behind the scenes.

Flexible Support, When and Where You Need ItA La Carte Planning is designed for couples who want to take the lead in planning their wedding but value professional guidance and support along the way.

 

This service offers flexibility without sacrificing structure, allowing you to engage our expertise in specific areas of the planning process rather than committing to full-service planning. This option works well for couples who are confident managing parts of the process independently but want reassurance, organization, and professional input as decisions are made.

 

Rather than replacing your role as planner, A La Carte Planning is intended to complement it—providing targeted assistance where it will have the greatest impact. Support is tailored to your needs and can include everything from early-stage budget development to vendor research, timeline refinement, design guidance, or planning consultations.

 

We help bring clarity to complex decisions, ensure logistics are realistic, and keep planning moving forward in an organized way. Each A La Carte engagement is customized based on timing, scope, and level of involvement.

Hourly Consultations are designed for couples who want professional insight without committing to ongoing planning services. This option is ideal if you have specific questions, need clarity on next steps, or want experienced guidance to validate your plans.

 

These sessions are practical and agenda-driven. We focus on the areas that matter most to you—whether that’s reviewing your timeline, assessing vendor quotes, troubleshooting logistics, or refining your overall plan. Our role is to provide clear, experienced feedback and actionable direction you can confidently move forward with.

 

Hourly Consultations are especially helpful for couples planning independently, those feeling stuck at a particular stage, or anyone who wants reassurance that their decisions and logistics are sound. The goal is not to overwhelm you with information, but to bring structure, perspective, and calm to your planning process.

How Consultations are Used:

  • Reviewing budgets, timelines, and planning progress

  • Vendor selection guidance and contract considerations

  • Layout, logistics, and flow planning

  • Ceremony and reception timing review

  • Problem-solving specific planning challenges

  • General planning strategy and next steps

Hourly Consultations are flexible and can be booked as a one-time session or scheduled as needed throughout your planning process.
