We begin with your priorities, budget and the kind of experience you want your guests to have. From venue options and vendor recommendations to schedules and on-site coordination, we keep the decisions connected and the practical details moving.

Setting the scope
Venue hire, catering, florals, rentals and other vendor charges are separate from the planning fee. Two planners are always included on the wedding day. Private-property weddings, multiple events and staffing beyond the included two planners are quoted to suit their scope.
Applicable taxes are additional. Your proposal confirms hours, staffing, travel, deliverables and any added services. Venue and supplier fees are not included.
